Adam Sitara (Tara) graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania in 2020 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023.
Before her admission to the Bar, Tara gained valuable legal experience assisting in a wide range of civil and commercial matters at established law firms. This broad exposure provided her with a solid foundation in litigation and legal analysis, which she now brings to her primary area of practice: family law.
Motivated by a strong sense of purpose and empathy, Tara chose to focus her career on helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging personal transitions. She is dedicated to delivering client-centric solutions with clarity, compassion, and creativity. Tara has experience in both contentious and uncontested family law matters, including cross-border disputes involving complex asset division and child custody issues.
Tara’s multidisciplinary background enables her to handle family cases that intersect with civil and commercial issues, adding depth and versatility to her legal practice. Clients appreciate her ability to listen attentively, think strategically, and advocate passionately on their behalf.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys hiking and spending time with loved ones. She is also actively involved in community service and currently serves as a member of the Panel of Advisors under the Vulnerable Adults Act 2018, reflecting her continued commitment to protecting and supporting those in need.
